Those eye-cushions are small sacks, normally filled with grains that you lay over your closed eyes during relaxing times in your yoga workout.
Mine are made of linen and filled with round rice. I make them in two sizes: 8x20cm or 10x20cm. It depends on you, if you like them large or small. Some find the 10cm wide ones are covering too much of the nose to be convenient - others likes it better that way.
A cushion with cover costs 9€. A replace cover costs 2€.
